This skirt is everything I hoped it would be. It is good quality which surprised me for the price I paid. I bought a large and my specs are 5' 4.5", 132 lbs. I usually buy a medium in US sizes but this skirt measures EXACTLY as listed in the size chart so I got a large as my natural waist is 28 inches. It fits snuggly but uncomfortably.
