This skirt is unexpextandly luscious, and the perfect length, but I can understand why other buyers thought it ran small. I am 5'3", 136lbs, and it fits firmly at the waist. Super cute with a belt.This skirt is cute, but the slip liner underneath is very short so you need another slip in my opinion as it is indeed sheerish in the right lighting. Also the ruffled hem came off the first time I wore it. As I was stepping, I stepped on the long hem and it immediately tore just the ruffle off in that one spot. I kept stepping on it and as the gap in between the skirt and the ruffle fot bigger it eventually hooked around my ankle. I ended up ripping the entire ruffle off on the way home and it is fine now. But between that and the short slip I couldnt give it a great rating. Not high quality but it works.It was super soft and flowy with just enough ruffles but a bit see through at the bottom however it did kinda have a built in cover just a bit above the knee. Overall great buy would recommendOk. But tight! And I'm a pretty average medium.I'm 5'3, 116 pounds29 inch waist and 36 hipI don't see how this is a one size fits all situation. Its almost too tight for me. I do like the shape and color though so I hope it loosens up with wearThin material, totally wrinkled and the waistband is small without a size or label. It arrived vacuumed packed.I really don't believe it will fit me.It is not like the picture at all.I'm very disappointed.Dark blue circle tiered skirt came on time, and it is very pretty. It fits as expected.Love this flowy dress. It’s my walking dress.This dress is gorgeous and a great price despite the shipping fees.
