Took a gamble on this since it had no reviews and I couldn’t afford to spend $100+ on a rehearsal dinner outfit. I bought the dusty blue color. It shipped inside out, which resulted in a brief moment of panic over the color. Once I turned it right side out, I was very impressed by the quality and the color payoff. It’s the perfect soft, blue-grey color advertised. I have a 27” waist and ordered a medium, which was difficult to zip and just bordering on uncomfortably tight, I probably could have gone up to a large. The tulle is fairly stiff, and has no drape around the hips, so it’s much “poofier” than the photo and combined with the loose fitting lace crop I chose, made me look quite a few sizes larger than I am. I was going to cut one of the layers of tulle out, but you would have been able to see the liner through the tulle if I’d done that. I may be able to steam it to get the tulle to lay flat and drape a little better, but I’m not sure I want to risk washing and steaming it and potentially not being able to return it if it doesn’t work.Ultimately, for $30 it is worth the price. The construction is nice, the fabric feels good, and it didn’t have any chemical smell to it. Just size up and be aware that you’re probably not going to get that romantic “BHLDN” look for <$50. I could probably make it work by sizing up and pairing it with a tighter fitting body suit to show that I do actually have a shape, but I think I would rather return it and wear something I have.
