Glad to see that this skirt looks like its pictur. No surprises on the overall look. I love its sophisticated take on the polka dot theme. The material is nice, not too lightweight, not too heavy, just right and lined (appreciated). Elastisized at back only. I appreciate its not all around the waistline. This feature blends in well and adds a bit of stretch,. A nice zipper detail at side to elevate the skirt a bit..only wish it included a tiny clasp just above zip at waist. Other than that tiny detail, love this skirt. Hope it washes up wellMy waist is 31 1/2" and I am 136 pounds. I thought the large might be too big, but it fits me just snugly enough without being too tight. the pattern is lovely and there's plenty of swing to the skirt. So glad I took a chance and bought this as I have always been reluctant to buy without trying on the item.Love the material and the colors at the waist was way too small for a size large. Love the length and the material.This silky long A line skirt has a beautiful pattern that is a classic pattern – I think it would appeal to both younger buyers looking for a vintage look and to older buyers. It runs a little on the large size, so if you’re between sizes I suggest the smaller one. This is a 3 season skirt (it’s thin-not for cold weather).This skirt is made in China of 100% polyester outer skirt and lining. It can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle but should be line dried (no dryer). It did not shrink or fade in the washer. A cool iron can be used. It was pretty wrinkly out of the packaging but not so much after washing.How it fits:• I am 5’7” and between a size 6 and 8. I got a small and am glad because the medium would have been too large. The waistband is 26” unstretched for a size S, but there’s an elastic waistband which has a lot of give. The elastic is flat in the front and ruched in the back).• The skirt is 31” inches long (hits me about 4” below knees). There’s a zipper that is 9 ½ inches long on the left side of the waist (the zipper is invisible – you wouldn’t know it was there by looking at someone wearing the skirt).What I like:• The ivory and black floral print is nice.• The skirt is fully lined with an ivory polyester fabric that makes it non-see through.• The zipper makes it easier to put on (but with the elastic waist, this skirt really doesn’t need the zipper). I could pull it up just fine without.• The skirt has nice flow to it. It has the feel of silk without the special care requirements.• It’s comfortable to wear – the fabric feels nice and the waistband doesn’t dig in.What I don’t like:• The ruched waistband doesn’t look that great. I’d prefer that the fabric in the back wasn’t gathered. It doesn't look nice when you have a tucked-in shirt.Overall:• This is a pretty skirt that I think has widespread appeal. It’s longer than what I typically wear, but it’s not prudish. I am not in love with the waistband but other than that it’s a nice skirt.Good fit
